When did you realize that you wanted to be a researcher and work in pharmaceutical?
When I was a graduate. I realized that I want to contribute to society from the pharmaceutical industry.
What do you enjoy most about your current role?
I like the culture of CPR and also our colleagues. Our company has built a culture which is not afraid of trying novel and notably difficult things. I believe that these pioneering spirits allow us to go to the next stages of drug discovery. I think that people who have been part of building such a great culture are crucial to CPR.
What is the biggest challenge for you to lead a team with diverse culture?
My challenge is to encourage everyone and the team to transform and progress every time. To do this, I have to understand the values of my colleagues and also continuously delivering what we should do in this company.
How do you enjoy your off-time?
Playing golf! Travel around the world, Cooking and watching NBA games.
What do you like most about CPR?
Drug discovery is always a challenge. Even against the toughest antibody profile project, we have never given up. Discussion with scientists from different backgrounds is inspirational in terms of new ideas and new approaches. I always appreciate that.
