Admin Staff are responsible for a wide range of services that provide backend support for our Research Division in CPR, including Accounting, Corporate Service, Human Resource, Procurement and Research Support Unit. We welcome skilled and passionate professionals to join our Admin Team.
This role involves comprehensive financial management responsibilities across four key areas:
Key Responsibilities
Financial Report Preparation
- Maintain accurate and complete accounting records in compliance with current accounting standards
- Execute monthly closing processes
Regulatory and Reporting Compliance
- Assist the team in meeting financial reporting requirements and tax compliance obligations
- Serve as liaison with external stakeholders including auditors, tax agents, and government authorities
Process Improvement
- Analyse and enhance business process efficiency and effectiveness
Accounting System Administration
- Manage user access rights and system configurations
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
- Relevant work experience, preferably in Accounts Payable (AP)
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of local accounting standards and tax obligations
- Experience with SAP B One and SAP S4 Hana systems (preferred)

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
