CPR X’mas Party 2021
Building team spirit through festive fun
On 10 December 2021, CPR employees enjoyed an evening of festive fun as we celebrated Christmas through a virtual X’mas party. The occasion offered teams the opportunity to connect with each other and share memorable experiences.
The evening’s festivities kicked off with an introduction by the Rec Club and an opening speech by Shin-Ichi Sato, CPR’s Administration Head. This was followed by the party’s highlight – a Virtual Travel Experience where we explored the iconic sights of Singapore. The game gave us the opportunity to discover Singapore’s rich history, culture and food right from the comfort of our own homes. Breaking out into teams of 5 to 6 people, we had to hunt for clues, complete interactive challenges and solve puzzles to unlock each level and move on to the next destination. This provided us with a unique team bonding activity as we had to work together to successfully complete the challenges.
After a lucky draw with cool prizes up for grabs, we broke out into our respective team dinners where we ordered our favourite cuisines with the food vouchers provided. We kept the conversation flowing throughout dinner before diving into another fun-filled event which ignited our team spirit once again.
This time, our employees participated in some friendly competition through a virtual company quiz. From the number of meeting rooms we have to key dates of important company milestones, the curated list of questions was designed to test our employees’ knowledge about CPR trivia.
We rounded off the festivities with prizes given to the winners of the games and a closing speech by our CEO Hideaki Shimada. Our X’mas party was indeed an opportunity for us to keep the festive cheer alive and foster closer collaboration and bonding amongst the various teams.
