Official Opening Ceremony
CPR commemorated its opening in a ceremony officiated by Singapore Minister for Trade and Industry, Mr. Lim Hng Kiang.
At the ceremony and reception, Minister Lim and other distinguished guests such as Mr. Yoichi Suzuki: Ambassador of Japan; Dr. Franz B.
